How does this all work?
Full custom website
Getting a website with us can be as collaborative or as hands off as you would like. We love working with customers to build the website they envision but we also greatly respect just wanting something done while you focus on your business. At whittlesea web design we understand the importance of both approaches. Feel free to be as hands on or off as you like!
Our process

Step 1: Initial Chat
We start with a simple chat! Once you have contacted us either via our contact form or our contact details, we will organise some time to have a conversation. We can chat over the phone, in person or even by email if you are time pressed! We will discuss your business, what it's about and the goals for your website.

Step 2: Creating a Mockup
We get to work! Next up we will create a fresh website design intended to be a first draft based on our earlier discussion. Once the mockup is done we send you the examples, you let us know what does and doesn't work for you. If you are unhappy we try again!

Step 3: Full Development
Once we have a mockup you are happy with we get down to the full development of your website. This can take up to 2 weeks depending on how large of a project you have requested. During this process we often touch base with you for optional feedback. Once we are done we get a final sign off from you as well as any finishing touches or additions you want implemented. Finally... we launch your new website live!

Step 4: Ongoing Support and Hosting
We will continue to work together, making changes, upgrades and adding content for your website for as long as you stay with us. We offer options to host the site for you and will maintain the security and uptime of the server it is hosted on.
